E.M.G. solidifies PR Campaign for Geez

E.M.G. representative Bryan Sharpe, met with hip-hop artist Geez from Brickz at a studio in Elizabeth to discuss a potential business partnership and two hours later it was complete! E.M.G. is now handling public relations responsibilities for Geez!

So i came upon this article, and the thing that got me was the comments that were being left about individuals that have tattoos. About how it just covers up people who have low self-esteem, people who are criminals, alcoholics, and drug addicts. On that note i got to thinking well i have three tattoos and i am none of the above. It never fails to amazes me how among our race we as so quick too judge each other because of things so simple such as tattoos. I have tons and tons of friends that all sport tattoos, and me personally i love them, to me tattoos are a form of art, form of expression, some even tell a person’s life like a walking diary. The main problem with tattoo is that many believe that it goes against many religions, morals, and values. But on the contrary how many people do you know that have bible scriptures, quotes, crosses, symbolism of religions all over their bodies. To me it’s not for anyone to say because it is not your body to say at all. I have noticed that older generations are the ones that are most opposed to the ink. You can’t blame them for having an opinion because you have to understand that at the time they were being brought up if you had a tattoo you were not civilized or socialized. But now in turn what they have to realize is that we were brought up in a time were cultures have shifted, now almost 6 out of 10 people you meet have ink on their body. It has become a very powerful movement and art with millions of people across the country sporting their own kind of ink. People with tattoos are no different than people without them. What makes us all different is honestly what makes us all them same.

Am i caught in the moment?
Staring at myself in the mirror, trying to understand a message thats coded.
My reflection does not appear as noticed. My enemies hide in the glimpse of my shadows. Meaning they walk close enough to me.
I been searching for the beat of life, too bang on the drums of my heart, too make my joy scream like the guitar, too calm the essences and lessons i’ve learned.
The screams are tortuous but none are heard. The hours seem like minutes, the minutes are seconds. As the sand slips from top to bottom, the glass has managed to keep it bottled in.
I wonder how such a simple object could learn too do something we could never do. Trap time in a bottle and reuse it as the hours change. Picture that, get the frame.

After a ban that was set-forth the judge has now ruled that gay marriage can continue Aug 18th. This order is said to go all the way to the supreme court which will mean this topic will be addressed on a national level. I wonder how much publicity will be behind the laws that will either be set forth or ignored. There is much controversy behind this of course between conservative America and liberal America. Both sides of the arguments are fairly interesting. But i think if America were to ban gay marriages the United States would be in complete chaos in all being homosexual is a personal choice. You can’t tell a heterosexual person who to marry, just like you cannot tell a homosexual who to marry. The final decision on this should be very interesting.
